During the second quarter of 2023, the top food delivery apps on the Android platform in Bahrain showed varied performance trends. Here’s a closer look at the weekly downloads and active user trends for these apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Food, grocery & more experienced notable fluctuations in weekly downloads. Starting with 1.1K downloads in the last week of March, the app saw its downloads peak at approximately 3.5K by the end of June. Noteworthy increases occurred in mid-May, with weekly downloads jumping to over 3K.

Jahez also demonstrated a steady increase in weekly downloads. From 1.1K downloads at the beginning of April, the app reached around 2.3K by the end of June. Significant growth periods were observed in mid-June, where downloads spiked to over 2K.

Dinein: Fine Dining Delivery showed a more modest performance in terms of weekly downloads. Starting with 330 downloads in late March, the app's downloads peaked at 488 in late April. However, by the end of June, the numbers had declined to around 177.

Ahlan Rewards observed significant growth in weekly downloads over the quarter. The app began with 492 downloads in late March and saw a peak of 527 downloads in early June. The trend remained relatively stable, ending the quarter with 414 downloads.

Hungerstation had the lowest download figures among the top five. Starting with 155 downloads in late March, the app’s downloads peaked at 220 in mid-June, concluding the quarter with 184 downloads.
